Orders

All Orders are fulfilled at the discretion of the venue and therefore a refund may be issued if required if this is not possible. Refunds post fulfillment will be at the discretion of the venue. When collecting orders please ensure that all items have been accounted for prior to departing.

GetSociable is not responsible for any errors or omissions on any order related information provided by the venue.

Payments

The price for each item is relevant at the time of the session when the menu is accessed. Payment is processed via a 3rd party system who will process via Apple Pay, Google Pay or Debit / Credit Card. For the latter further personal information may be required which is not stored by GetSociable.

Rewards

The Rewards are provided at the discretion of the individual business and thus are subject to change without notice. Equally a Reward held may be subject to an expiry date. As much notice as possible will be provided with the platform to inform users of changes to expiry policy.

Promotions

The Promotions are provided at the discretion of the individual business. As much information as possible will be provided on when the Promotions are available, and the terms and conditions associated with each of these and thus are subject to change without notice.

Events

The Events listed are subject to change. As much notice as possible will be provided however this may not be possible prior to the event due to any unforeseen circumstances that occur.

Duplicate Accounts

There should only be one GetSociable account opened per person. Where multiple accounts are opened, GetSociable reserves the right to close any of these without notice, and in conjunction nullify any existing Rewards or Promotions held.

Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your account, please request this via email to [email protected]. Please bear in mind that deletion of the account will result in the loss of all order history information.
